1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders received on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged with protective materials to help minimize damage during transit.
Order Modification & Cancellation Notice
Address updates, order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot intercept, modify or cancel the order.
2. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Most orders have a transit time of 7–12 business days after shipment. Some popular items may take longer, with an estimated transit time of 12-17 business days after shipment.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $5.99
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50.
Disclaimer: All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, severe weather, holiday peak seasons or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and will not offer compensation for shipping delays.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
3. Product Condition Disclaimer
We carefully inspect every order before shipment and use appropriate packaging materials to help ensure your product arrives safely.
However, during transportation, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur, including small scratches, minor packaging damage, slight variations in appearance, or small manufacturing tolerances.
Such minor cosmetic differences are considered normal and do not qualify as product defects or grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
If your item arrives with severe damage, major defects, or is unusable, please:
✉ Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
✉ Provide clear photos including the shipping package, shipping label, full view of the product, and close-up images showing the issue.
We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or partial refund, after verification.
Claims reported beyond the 24-hour window will be reviewed case by case and may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Lost, Stolen, Incorrect Address & Refused Packages
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping risks during transit rest with the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, property management, or your local carrier first.
We can assist with filing a carrier investigation; however, we are not responsible for packages reported stolen after the tracking status shows delivered.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout resulting in a returned package, or if the buyer refuses delivery without a valid product issue, the buyer will be responsible for all return and re-shipping fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Import Duty & Tax Notice
Notice: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
For domestic U.S. shipments, applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination state.
No additional import duties will apply for domestic deliveries.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for shipping delays, package damage, or loss caused by extreme weather, carrier operational disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.
In any case of verified loss or damage, our maximum liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Policy Revision
We reserve the right to revise this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
