Stock metal tags will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom engraved metal tags need production processing and will be shipped within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Shipping time does not include weekends and US federal holidays. A tracking email will be sent automatically once dispatched.

Non-custom ready-made metal signs

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Custom engraved / personalized metal signs

All custom personalized metal signs are made to your specifications. Since these products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

We will take full responsibility if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we make production errors (wrong text, wrong design). Please provide clear photos within 7 days after receiving your package, and we will remake your sign or issue a solution for you.
