1. Order Processing Time

All metal signs will be processed, inspected and packaged within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders received on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the following business day. Every sign is securely packaged with protective materials to help minimize damage during transit.

Order Modification & Cancellation Notice Address updates, order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot intercept, modify or cancel the order.

Shipping Coverage Notice: We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do NOT deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse via domestic shipping carriers.

· Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee: $5.99

· Free standard shipping applies to orders over $40

· Expedited Shipping (available at checkout): 2–4 business days. Shipping fee: $9.99

Disclaimer: All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, severe weather, holiday peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and will not offer compensation for shipping delays.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

3. Transit Condition Disclaimer for Metal Signs

Our products are lightweight decorative metal tin signs. Although we use reinforced packaging, minor surface scratches, small dents or slight bending may happen during transit. Minor color variation, slight printing offset and tiny measurement tolerances are also normal for printed metal signs. Such minor cosmetic imperfections are not classified as product defects and do not qualify for return, replacement or refund.

If your item arrives with severe deformation, large paint peeling or obvious breakage: ✉ Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery ✉ Provide clear photos including the shipping label, full view of the sign, and close-up shots of all damages. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or partial refund upon verification. Claims reported beyond the 24-hour window will be reviewed case by case and may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Lost, Stolen, Incorrect Address & Refused Packages

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping risks during transit rest with the carrier. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, property management or your local mail carrier first. We can assist with filing a carrier investigation, yet we are not responsible for packages reported stolen after the tracking status marks as delivered.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout leading to package return, or if the buyer refuses delivery without valid damage reasons, the buyer will be responsible for all return and re-shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Import Duty & Tax Notice

Notice: We only ship within the contiguous United States. For domestic US shipments, applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on destination state. No additional import duties will apply for domestic deliveries.

6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for shipping delays, package damage or loss caused by extreme weather, carrier operational disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control. In any case of verified loss or damage, our maximum liability is limited to the actual amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Policy Revision

We reserve the right to revise this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of order placement shall apply.
